As the world tries to get to the bottom of the mystery that is the origin of the Sars-Cov-2 virus and the United States increasingly suspects the origin is from a Chinese lab in Wuhan, investigations have now taken another surprising turn. US officials have now confirmed that sequences of a virus were removed from an American database where it was initially stored at the request of Chinese researchers.
